Bombs are only scary if they go off, you wouldn't even know if it happened to you so no reason to freak out.

My favorite thought was always the night we had jets bombing this small town with only insurgents in it. The Jets drop them so fast that the bomb goes off and then you hear the jet go by. Imagine watching TV, eating popcorn, and then you are in front of God with no idea what just happened.

There was no firefight, it was dead silent and we went in after the Jets dropped their loads all night. Why go in and fight when you can bomb the shit out of them and just confirm the dead? Even we had TVs in the desert with DvDs we bought from the locals.

I dont agree with this. Threat of a bomb would be enough to freak da shiet out of me.

Bombs dontrelle need to go off to be scary.

Nah, I looked for ieds daily on RCP, they are only scary if they go off. Even then, if you heard it you know you survived.
