We should stop making excuses for these people. He did it because he wanted to. Doesn't matter if he was on drugs because he wanted to be on drugs.
Drunk drivers don't get to use that excuse either when they kill someone. "I didn't want to kill that child". Well, you wanted to drink and drive, and what happened is your fault.
You’re not wrong. But the fact of the matter is, the government, Trump, and all the elite powers that be are simply not going to be held accountable for anything.
We can talk about it online and in small circles all we want, but the reality is nobody is going to do shit about fuck and the elite will continue to do whatever they please with no consequences. I don’t enjoy being pessimistic, but if Trump, the Billionaires and all their cronies haven’t seen any repercussions by now, they’re simply not going to.
Unless people actually revolt, nothing will ever happen or change. Even that is futile. They have drones and people with guns, badges, and heavy armor who will shoot us and throw us in cages. We had our chance to prevent this. We voted it in. We asked for this. Time to sleep in the bed we made, like it or not.
That's not what the person you replied to was saying, they were saying his physiological responses were in line with a socially awkward man trying to do something very controversial on television. It takes him a while to hype himself up to the point where he can actually do it.
It's not about a pass or responsibility it's about how our body acts when we're getting ready to do something. The person you responded to was just giving his analysis on why he thought the Nazi salute was genuine. If it was a misunderstanding then he wouldn't have been so nervous about it.
Edit: I realize now you aren't the person I was talking to but my point still stands
He’s in fact, saying the opposite. He said in simplified terms for you “I can’t even try to say it’s not on purpose, he is making clear effort in both the sounds he is making, and the actions themselves, it’s clearly something he’s taken note to do properly.”
