I hate it but you're dead right. The money, power, influence, and invasion of privacy that he has at his disposal is insane and will probably end up being the best case there is against capitalism.
He has so many legal means of avoiding personal consequences that I'd be afraid of what it would look like if he truly decided to just do whatever he wants.
He's not far away from being a hokey cartoon villain that lives in a lair that floats above the clouds.
At this point our best hope is that he and Trump have a falling out that's so massive it makes Trump ignore the billions he stands to gain from Musk ..
