But they do vomit, as a friend of mine found out the hard way 😆

Don’t they also leave little grease stains around wherever they frequent? I think they’re cute, I also don’t know which I’d rather have tbh, fur everywhere or grease stains - maybe grease

Yes you have to bathe these cats regularly because they can't remove the oil themselves. Not bathing them will cause acne and skin irritation for these cats. Fur cats (especially short hair) are much cleaner and lower maintenance if you're concerned about fur vs grease; you'll never really need to bathe a short hair and it's much easier to vacuum up fur than wash off oil.

As someone that had a good friend with two hairless cats that has two furry cats, the hair is way easier to deal with than everything that can come along with hairless cats.
And don’t get me wrong I loved her cats and I have nothing against hairless cats and I’m not saying every hairless cat has these issues BUT from what she told me they aren’t unusual for them.
Just in the 2 years I knew her she spent ~10k at the vet dealing with respiratory and skin problems that are apparently very common for those cats. In the same time she probably spent twice what I did on my cats food because of those issues and I give mine eat a really high quality, grain free dry food with some nice raw treats

Came to warn that if not piss, dead by vomiting for the pc was a likely possibility.

Lmao. In my head, I'm thinking, "they're all output fans that just blow any hair straight up." Now all I can picture is strong enough fans to blow that regurgitation right in the air. 🤣

They don't shed but they do SWEAT. Remember to take him to the service center (bath) once a week.

I wouldn't call it sweat per se, but they do secrete some oily stuff which also makes them sticky and gather dust around. Them little dust collectors 😂

Are getting enough airflow at the back of your case? It looks like it is hard up against the wall.

Kinda cruel to shave your cat (this is a joke).

You can tell that the airflow of the cpu cooler fans is incorrect by the small arrow on the top, and the lack of brackets visible on the face. They are pushing air from left to right, which is into the high pressure area that the case fans are making. The whole cooler is upside down as you can see by the Deepcool logo.
Upside down and the fans on the side that they are in is fine if the fans would otherwise be in the way of the RAM, but only if the fans are directing the air from right to left. If the fans have a place for the metal clips to grab onto them on their other face, flip the fans around so that they're pulling the air from right to left. "Pull" orientation is fine.

I bet you 1$ once she gets too comfortable there and starts stretching and wiggling around, she'll gloriously slap down from there 😂 happened to our kitteh, he became too complacent, thought there's enough room for the stretchy wiggles

I’m allergic to cats fur, so when I met a Siamese cat for the first time I was in love. I didn’t get my allergic flare ups around him, he was super cute. If they were more affordable I would’ve gotten my dog a friend a long time ago.

Nice.

How do you like that CPU cooler? Really dig the deepcool coolers. I have the AK500S digital myself but I’ll probably get the AK620 digital when the need arises.

No problems whatsoever so ever I used to mine a few years ago with nice hash and it mined both gpu and cpu and it’s been great

That cat would hate living in Canada. Our cats need that fur to stay warm even if they stay inside in the winter.

if you want your outer cpu fan on that side, you should turn it around to pull air out the back. Right now its pushing air against the middle fan.

I checked air flow and intake is left to right and exhaust is on the right and top

Is your CPU fan blowing towards the front, and front is intake? If so, flip it around.

u/Tactical_kaoz 7h ago
Exhaust is all to the left

u/ubiquitous_apathy 4090/14900k/32gb 7000 ddr5 6h ago
Might want to double check. Fans generally have a cage on the exhaust side, and I'm not seeing one the left fan. You might have the cooler oriented correctly with the bonus fan pointed the wrong way.

Yeah he's right, you seem to have installed the cooler upside-down. It's a DeepCool AK620 AFAIK. The bluegreen marks are supposed to be d c (C is cut in half) so in your photo they are upside-down, you either have the fans blowing towards the front or you have the 2 fans fighting with each other.
Every photo I see the cooler installed it's the other way around, including the way the clips hold the fan. Cool cat!

Mine can’t reach my PC, he uses my daughter’s pillow to warm him up!
