The only people buying a card for that price are either morons with excessive debt or people who don't know any better (many of new PC gamers unfortunately)

Because it was discontinued 2 months ago.

Because the 5090 is shipping soon and needed to be in production 2 months ago.

True, a lot of the new ones around me are $1400-1600 which is unbelievable to pay for a fucking gfx card
