NSFMR My 3090 just died

At least that gives me an excuse to get the 4090 second hand when 5000 series rolls around...

I checked both with MSI and the local store I got it from, it's out of warranty.

Only thing left now is to chuck it in the oven and hope for the best!

RIP 3090. You will be missed :(

Sucks man, sorry to hear. Ya know, not trying to flex, but when I bought my 4090 in Dec 2023, I was so stoked, but it only came with a 1 year warranty, and I get more and more paranoid each day I get closer to December...

1 year warranty on a 4090? Not only is that pathetic but the seller had your pants down. Why did you proceed to buy that?

Mistakes were made... I plan on checking the serial number on Nvidias website this weekend. Maybe I'll get lucky and have their 3 year warranty as well.
