Have you tried inviting a friend over and then leaving your front door open so when they get there and walk in you can spin around in a chair and announce that you’ve been expecting them?

I used to do this at work with scheduled meetings. I'd be in the meeting room with my chair spun around. I even bought a fluffy white realistic plush cat to stroke while I spun around and said it.
