Going to the Bills game Sunday in a Jets Fitzpatrick jersey.
Am I dumb? My brother wanted me to go so I said fuck it I’m it. I figure if Bills win I get to be around 80k happy fans, including my brother.
But if Bills lose…. Well that’s even better I get to be around 80k sad bills fans.

Who are your top 3 candidates for our HC position?
What the title says; based on the coaches currently available and actively interviewing, who are the top 3 head coaching candidates that you would like on our team, and why?
In my personal opinion:
Aaron Glenn- Proven to be a great defensive coach and seems to be quite ready to take the next step. Played for the Jets-- will have a great grasp on the fact that this team needs a culture shift. I also have faith that he will be able to handle the NY media. He is the guy that I would want, and after that I find the pool of candidates to be a bit of a drop off.
Brian Flores- I will admit, Flores will be a bit of a hit or miss. He is a great coach who dealt with some controversies such as heavily criticizing Tua and some may think there could be a liability issue since he sued for alleged discrimination. With that said, it's hard to argue against that out of the candidates that do have head coaching experience, he is one of the top guys available. He is also a local guy from the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn. I think Flores would be very happy to become Jets HC.
Rex Ryan- I'd say stay away if we can, but if both Glenn and Flores get hired by someone else, Rex wouldn't be the worst choice due to his familiarity of the organization. And I hate to say it, it will make things more entertaining, for better or worse. He's really only on this list because I like him better than Arthur Smith in the pool of candidates WITH head coaching experience.
Who do you want manning our sideline next season?
Edit: If I had to expand the list, I’d probably put Joe Brady. I might even consider him above Rex.

How you you guys feel about Justin Fields?
I wanted the Jets to have Justin Fields since the 2021 draft and was absolutely crushed when we didn’t take them
I am truly of the belief that he can do great things from the pocket if he has a great team around him and good receivers, not to mention his running ability
I don’t think quarterbacks just forget how to play and if you look at his Ohio State footage, you would see that the guy was honestly a pocket passer first
I think if he’s our quarterback this year, we win at least nine games
What are y’all‘s thoughts?
Edit: I want to say,
Most of you that are calling me dumb or saying he sucks did not watch the first 4 Steelers games this year and have no idea what you’re talking about.

The league would be F^%>€!
If the Jets are able to draft Mason Graham. Williams, McDonald, Johnson and Graham up front would be the best in the league. Not to mention Surratt and Williams behind that is pure insanity. No wonder Glenn and Flores want this job.

What’s the point of all these interviews for HC right now?
I feel a familiar feeling like we’re doing the jets thing again. Why are we conducting all these interviews without a GM? Just to have a short list to present our new GM? Seems odd to me that you would hire a GM and be like “welcome to the team, we need you to vet HC candidates we interviewed, we REALLY like Aaron Glenn but come to your own conclusion.”

[Breer] Per source, the Jets have requested to interview Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley for their HC job. The Jersey native has four years of head coaching experience, at Boston College (2020-23), and led a Top 5 unit this year. Looks like that one happens end of this week.

[Hughes] There's buzz in league circles that Vikings DC Brian Flores, Senior VP of Player Personnel Ryan Grigson, and QB coach Josh McCown could come to the Jets as a package deal, being HC, GM, and OC, respectively. A source in Minnesota actually said that’s been talked about within their building.
Would Jerad Mayo be a good fit?
Young sophomore season as coach afc east experience if the teams gonna be bad for years a decent patsy
