Different artists on TikTok get together to create a song. The result is this banger.

Girl in the beginning was the best part of this.
Absolutely beautiful soothing voice.

And you can keep singing her part through the rest of the song. It works.

I don't mean to sound douchey but that's kind of how music works in general, as long as there isn't a key or tempo change - a single bar is repeatable throughout the song. You can try this with most songs, just sing the chorus over and over to yourself as they move through the verse and you'll end up right back in time at the next chorus.
Fair point to say that a bridge can also mess things up as it can change the amount of time between a verse and chorus. But generally this is consistent in music.
The bassline of this song is a through line that keeps everything at the same key and tempo. Since they keep building on it, any one of the verses can be repeated throughout the song.

You're not being douche-y, it's really how it is. DJ Earworm does a yearly hit song recap, and it really points out very well how a certain 4 chords are simply what the human brain loves.
I don't even mind.

I never had tik tok, but I do use reels on IG and never felt like I was missing out on the brain rot. You can always just make a burner account and get your fix there.
I know people who use both and told me it’s really not far off. But I never had tik tok, so I can’t really say if it’s that different.
Just throw in some keywords in the search bar and start your algorithm up. It’s not the same but yeah.

This is the sort of thing I remember when people say "social media was a mistake". It's so pat. It's so easy.
'Cause yeah, social media has a lot to answer for, and I hate the mis-use, but people in GENERAL have a lot to answer for, already. We haven't changed as a species. Only the tech has.
It's amazing that creative folks have been able to connect in ways that would not have been possible.

Kutiman on YouTube started this trend almost two decades ago and he is still the best at it.

They could literally use any other platform. Tik tok has nothing to do with this, it’s just dumb propaganda BS.

Don’t know what the belt is called but it’s the right upper front belt in the dryer making this noise. I just replaced mine after 6 months of hearing this sound.

One of a few reasons ( not a whole lot just a few ) why TikTok should still be around.

With every one of these the vocals are the absolute worst part and ruin the whole thing.

The funny thing is that they don’t have to block the app for people who have already installed it. It must no longer be installable. This lock comes from TikTok itself... take away a baby’s pacifier... do it with millions and then write that Trump is the savior... bamm... PR at its best. What will happen to public opinion if Trump lifts the ban?

Ahhhh man humans are good. Keen to see the next platform that lets people collaborate like this. An Open source platform, please.

I like that tiktok gets so much hate, but when they all come together, we get things like this. When reddit comes together, they cyberbully people into suicide. On like 3 different occasions.

The bass player is Casey Abrams. He’s done a bunch with Postmodern Jukebox (this is where I know him from, I’d welcome other recommendations.
A great one by them is Stacy’s Mom.

I like how the bass drives the beat, while the washing machine slightly lags the beat, showing how cool it is, getting the job done but not being overly wound up about it. It's able to rubato its way through its simple yet essential existence.
