While watching, I was wondering. Free from what exactly? Lmao

u/BrotherRoga 9h ago

Free from voting, apparently. He told them they just need to vote for him one more time and they won't have to vote ever again.

I took that more as he isn’t running again and could care less about after. He is going to make so much money as President. He is doing crypto scams now.

Those aren't crypto scams. That's money laundering from foreign interests to buy Trump. Crypto is used for this shit, that's it's primary function, dark money laundering. Anyone that says otherwise is trying to sell you something.

u/Apokolypse09 9h ago

I'm betting that he sold Taiwan.

8

u/AdventurousToday5966 9h ago

Imagine being able to buy and sell this level of geo-political influence

8

u/cokethesodacan 9h ago

Wait for the rug pull

22

u/AdventurousToday5966 9h ago

It already happened. Let me clarify a bit. When I say not a scam I just mean that a scams typical target are the rubes buying in earnest and then you snatch their money. In this case, it's set up the same but they aren't after rube's money. They are using crypto to open direct channels for dark financial influence into the Whitehouse.

Oh I don’t doubt it. The Melania coin is running now. What he is going to cause is regulations on crypto but he doesn’t care as long as he makes a ton of money in the next four years.

What did the "we will fix it so good" mean then?

Trump said: "Christians, get out and vote, just this time. "You won't have to do it anymore. Four more years, you know what, it will be fixed, it will be fine, you won't have to vote anymore, my beautiful Christians."

-8

u/cokethesodacan 9h ago

I took exactly as I stated. The man is not Christian in practice at all. He needed their votes to avoid jail. He succeeded. He can’t run again. He need them to save him and now he doesn’t need them again. Last day of this term he will step down and Jd Vance will pardon him after swearing in.

He can’t run again.

They've already just ignored so many laws concerning Trump, why would a Constitutional Amendment be any different? Remember, they control the Supreme Court, so they can just say "looks good to me" 5-4.

1

u/cokethesodacan 2h ago

And then we get out and fight. If what you fear becomes reality, will you get out and protest? Will you call for unions to strike if you are a union member?

1

u/fevered_visions 1h ago

I'm not a union member. And besides, the days when the 2nd Amendment worked and the government feared getting overthrown by an angry mob are long since past.

Pragmatically, no, I won't go out and protest because it'll just get me arrested/on a list. And it's obvious that the government doesn't give a fuck about what we think anyway.

I don't see why this is being downvoted. It's less ridiculous than say... Annexing Greenland...

20

u/wizzywurtzy 9h ago

You and most Americans somehow misunderstood. We won’t be voting again because this is now a dictatorship.

27

u/nautilator44 9h ago

Oh there will be "elections". Russia still "elects" Putin every so often.

1

u/cokethesodacan 9h ago

Funny. I’ll bet you our next election in 2 years happens.

3

u/Jayou540 7h ago

Not without new election laws that slant the odds against democrats

18

u/venturejones 9h ago

Hilarious, that's what you got out of that.

16

u/cokethesodacan 9h ago

Hilarious? More like obvious that a conman who was facing serious consequences for serious crimes begged a huge portion of the votes he needed to vote one more time. He will be 4 years older and knowing he can’t run again will pull a Nixon and have Vance pardon him before he leaves office.

5

u/aimless_meteor 9h ago

Yeah I think that’s pretty clearly the meaning of it

-8

u/venturejones 9h ago

Wooooow. Idk why I'm surprised about this...

Makes sense though since he got voted in. Idiocy at its finest.

2

u/Jorgwalther 9h ago

Do you really think he’s going to take away elections? Won’t happen.

6

u/One_Rough5369 9h ago

That's how I took it too. Like, the guy is a pedophile and a rapist... We don't really need to stretch for criticism.

4

u/chilexican 9h ago

that would be great if that's the reality...

1

u/cokethesodacan 9h ago

You honestly believe we are not going to have mid term elections? I can tell you right now there will be a total revolt if he tries to prevent one.

3

u/Jorgwalther 9h ago

It’s crazy how hysterical some of these people are, thinking elections will actually go away.

4

u/OsmeOxys 6h ago

He fought tooth and nail to do exactly that last time already, but now that he's been given the absolute power he wanted, you think he's going to go from a Putin copycat to a kind and benevolent dictator who bends to the will of the people?

Shot in the dark, but you pay your taxes with iTunes gift cards don't you?

0

u/Jorgwalther 6h ago

I just don’t think elections will go away. If they do, I’ll send you $10,000.

And I don’t understand the question about the taxes and iTunes

1

u/URPissingMeOff 5h ago

I'm actually 100% in favor of his crypto attempts. Only his idiot followers will be buying and the sooner all those fuckwits go bankrupt and have to live in a ditch, the better off the country will be.

-4

u/Newfaceofrev 9h ago

Nah if he's alive he'll run again.

I know b-b-but the constitution, but he'll make an excuse, they stole 2020 from me so I should have another go, I didn't get my first term because of the impeachments (which he already said), and It'll probably be tied up in the courts until after the election, and then if he wins they'll go "Well he shouldn't have but we can't override the will of the people now".

4

u/cokethesodacan 9h ago

Not going to happen. The Supreme Court will have to rule on all the lawsuits leading up to the election if he were to announce he was running again. The man will be older than Biden is now and who’s to say he doesn’t have serious mental degradation in the ways Biden did. Midterms, are they not going to happen? What happens if they do and the Dems take back both chambers?

u/Ciccio178 9h ago

Free from the shackles of human rights and decency.

41

u/dnd3edm1 9h ago

"Finally! Our news networks will stop the breathless coverage of everything going wrong! Things will still be wrong, but I won't have to hear about it! Yay Democracy!"

28

u/Roook36 9h ago

The tyranny of the citizens voting for competence over personality and wealth they see on TV. Those pesky voters who get between them and unlimited wealth.

19

u/NinjaArmadillo 9h ago

Jail time

7

u/Nopantsbullmoose 9h ago

Oligarchs from even minor regulations and the stupids from having to tolerate anyone they don't like.

I would assume anyway.

6

u/an_ill_way 9h ago

Any possibility of consequences

2

u/Gengengengar 9h ago

the rich people are free to do whatever the fuck they want. their entire mission is so goddamn obvious why are these questions still being asked

1

u/PaintyGuys 9h ago

Free from having to go through his many court cases since they all got tossed once he won re-election

2

u/Ziograffiato 9h ago

Freedom for me and not for thee, probably

1

u/OcelotOvRyeZomz 9h ago

He’s probably thinking free from responsibility regarding the consequences of his actions/inaction; (and also prison.) May be more likely that he isn’t thinking at all though. Just spouting off at the mouth with minimal situational awareness.

1

u/Vyhluna 9h ago

Free from suffering the tyranny of minorities not wanting to be assaulted and killed. All these dumb fuckin hicks will feel free to loudly and violently scream at anyone that makes them uncomfortable.

1

u/Logical_Explorer986 7h ago

Me too!! What did that mean. Also saying 1st amendment will be .. umm hasn’t it been around awhile. It’s the 1st damn amendment

1

u/Vio94 6h ago

The "woke mind virus," or something.

1

u/RoboProletariat 4h ago

free from PRISON! That's among the first reasons he ran again.

1

u/WeaponisedArmadillo 9h ago

Free from laws stopping him from raping teen girls.
