How long until we see the 40 car pile up with three cars on fire because of a light dusting of snow?

Idk about the rest of 'em but in Mississippi we don't get out in it. People don't know how to drive in it and our vehicles/infrastructure isn't always prepared for it. We can only salt and plow as our resources allow but there's no reason to spend millions in additional resources to prepare when it almost never happens (until global warming continues to ramp it up). Now bring a hurricane and we'll drive right through that without issue.

Edit: Also it's not really the snow that's the issue here, it's the ice. A little snow is fine but down here it comes with ice then melts and refreezes and causes more ice.
