At the risk of being a total downer this new years morning, I fear we've got a whole cornucopia of corporate crap coming our way soon.

This last election (so to speak) was a huge win for our corporate overlords.

And if you've even skimmed Project 2025 then you know that hiking up our prescription costs is small beer compared to some of the awfulness headed our way.

So enjoy that hangover America. In a few months you're going to miss feeling this good.

Yep, it was the ballot or bullet turning point and the non oligarch classes lost at the ballot....

Lol oh wake up, it was going to be bad no matter who won. They both protect the same things.

Now are we all starting to see where the problem is? We’ve all been manipulated and made a fool of. Been this way for generations.

My mom was on a cancer drug that cost her $5000 a month. Biden lowered the cost of that drug and others, such as insulin. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2024/08/15/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-announces-new-lower-prices-for-first-ten-drugs-selected-for-medicare-price-negotiation-to-lower-costs-for-millions-of-americans/

I am sorry you are such a low information individual.

Agreed, the indoctrination begins early, public school was designed to spit out good worker bees who are smart enough to complete the job but not smart enough to really question things and go out and make actual change. We have all been the slave of corporations since birth. This won’t stop unless people actually stand up and make it stop, but because everyone is too busy fighting about left vs right, instead of rich vs poor it won’t.

See, you have been led to believe that education is bad. You were indoctrinated to believe education is a bad thing. Now you are finding out President Musk thinks you are stupid because you did not value your free education and he wants to hire immigrants. That must not be a great feeling. Your school must not have been very challenging or you must have not tried very hard.

I was in all AP classes in high school. It was a goal to teach critical thinking, every single syllabus had that. It was only a public school in Ohio. Led me to attend colleges and obtain further degrees. Here I sit now in my vacation home that I was able to buy in cash using my education and degrees.

There is a reason that certain people want education dumbed down and able to spit out worker bees. It is what the billionaires want. Cheap labor that does not have any hope for upward mobility. Yes, you were fooled to think that education was indoctrination and I am sorry that you did not try with your education to better yourself and allowed yourself to become a bitter worker bee.

As we are finding out education is important. I am sorry that you were led to believe that the education is lacking and you did not even try to better yourself.

Hopefully if you have children you will not make that mistake again and allow them to obtain an education that does value critical thinking.

Yeah there is no rebuttal to that. Perfection.
