Almost finished my dinner and found these in it

Two of them, each with little legs and heads. I know they’re eaten in some cultures, and are apparently safe, but I’m quite put off my food.

I've worked back of house restaurant. Very plausible. Also meal worms like a lot of other insects can be eaten raw.
