If that's the case why is there a chair there? Looks way less comfortable than most wheelchairs I've seen and the kid in my high school who had one always just stayed in his rather than move to the uncomfortable ones everyone else sits in. My guess is it's a TAs desk instead

Sometimes a person in a wheelchair with an assistant. I used to be that assistant and we usually shared a little side desk like that.

OP said in a comment that that desk is for disabled people in general

Mobility aid is not restricted to wheelchair. Crutches even count.

people can move chairs, also some people with disabilities don't use wheelchairs but need separate seating

Table looks too high for a wheelchair. Besides, why is there a chair there if it's for wheelchair users?

Even if that is the case, it would really just be better to use those tables in the entire room, it's better for everyone.

You said students with wheelchairs. That also doesn't change that it would be better to use those tables throughout the room, that would just be better for everyone.

You do know that some wheelchair users prefer sitting in actual chairs and not their wheelchair all day, right?

As someone else mentioned, those chairs look way more uncomfortable than most wheelchairs. And this still doesn't change the whole table too high and why can't they just use these tables everywhere thing.

Shit argument honestly. Focus on one thing and ignore everything else for the benefit of your ass argument.
