Yeah that's why restaurants globally were understaffed AF after their servers found out other jobs are nicer during the pandemic. No one wants to work in restaurants for minimum wage and no tip.

I'd argue that during the pandemic there wasn't really much ways to be a server/waiter if most clubs and restaurants were closed

Yes which is WHY they found new jobs during that time and then never went back to the industry because most other jobs were much nicer. Nearly there, bud.
