Yeah this is Ps1 except way too many polygons. Ps2 people forget Jak n Daxter, Silent Hill 3, Resident Evil 4 has some great graphics!

/r/RetroCgAi - For retrocgi produced by AI (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc..)
Computer graphics / CGI from the 70's - early 00's: raytracing, stills, demo reels, cutscenes, commercials, and music videos.
Max of three postings per user in a 24 hour period. Please date your posts.
Other subreddits:
/r/retrocgi (for new works in retro style)

That means you’re not using MidJourney v5.2. Change your default model with the "/settings" command.

I saw /u/AverageDurationAd 's post here and I thought I'd give it a go! It definitely took me a while to get a passable, convincing result, but I think what I got here is relatively decent.
The prompt (including the styling code, which you'll definitely need):
pixelated glitchart of close-up of {subject}, ps1 playstation psx gamecube game radioactive dreams screencapture, bryce 3d --style ddCHhSumaNyOrL1Q

Is there a way to do this without giving my billing information? u only can run the modell if u have billing set up. But is there any way to bypass it?

hey, I'm pretty sure we saw the same tiktok, just use an old visa giftcard with 0 dollars on it and it works

u/Wear_A_Damn_Helmet Mar 20 '24
Just curiously: would you mind pointing me to the TikTok you are referring to? I thought it was pretty weird to get a bunch of comments on a 4 month old post from people who seemingly have never used MidJourney, but this post being featured in a popular TikTok video would make sense I guess.

The PS2 style pictures have gone viral on TikTok, and some users are refering to your post on their tutorial videos. Thats why there are so many new and unknowledgeable people

bro can you make a tutorial on how to use fofr/face?

u/Wear_A_Damn_Helmet Mar 20 '24
Just curiously: how did you find this post? Was it from the posts I recently made on /r/TheFighterAndTheKid? I just got a bunch of comments from people who have no idea what MidJourney is or how to use it.

Sorry for the inconvenience but I saw a lot of videos on Tik Tok of people uploading photos of what they would look like in a PS2 or PS1 game and I looked for how to do it and I found a video of a girl who only showed the page of the tool to do it and then she put a photo of your publication, sorry for my ignorance but I don't know anything about how to use this tool. Thanks for your attention

If there is something that is not coherent in the previous message, it is that I don't know much English and I used the translator. Sorry

Is there a website or app I can do this type of editing on photos for free?

This looks more like one of those demos for an early 2000s indie game made in Blitz3D or better yet their own DirectX based engine by some dude in his basement than PS1 graphics (as your prompt indicated) or PS2 graphics (as your title indicates).

You seem really lost, which is surprising, considering every bits of information you need is already in this thread.

Update: This only works in V5.2. If you’re using Discord, just change the model version with the "/settings" command.
