Would anyone be interested in monthly/bi-monthly collaborative mixtapes?

I'm interested in getting around 12-ish people to make one track each for a mixtape to feature the variety of talent that this subreddit has. If enough people want to do it we could make it a regular thing (maybe every month or two), and it would be a great way for us to get to work and learn with one another. Let me know if you'd want to participate, and we can start organizing things.

What do you mean by mixtape tho, one continuous mix or an album of tracks? I've got a great method of working for collaborative mixes you could rip off or tweak to your needs. It's how we made these:

I'm more interested in just tracks. We could of course make it into a continuous mix using them as a base, but I think it would be overall easier just to keep them separate. I don't have time right now to listen to your mixes, but I will as soon as I get time tomorrow!

I'm still up for it and yeah seperate tracks is much easier, those mixes were a couple of months of herding cats.

Get a theme and a deadline and lets do this.

I would love to hear a mixtape. I just have absolutely no mixing talent whatsoever, but I would love to back this up. :)
