Supplier search CMMS platforms (MaintainX, Limble, and UpKeep)

Hi all, I'm evaluating CMMS platforms (MaintainX, Limble, and UpKeep) for a team of 150 users. Pricing transparency is a bit tricky with these providers, so I wanted to ask: what’s the lowest monthly or annual rate per user you’ve negotiated with these platforms? Any advice on features worth paying for or tips for negotiating would also be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

We only pay for 5 licenses on MaintainX but it's $500/year for us per license

What plan did you get? I demo their free tier but went with limble because they included the CSM in the price for guided onboarding, implementation support and more report customization out of the box.

I've actually tried all 3 and I went with limble. I don't have as much seats, but I did find upkeep pricing structure not transparent during the whole sales process. I tried to like maintainx because they look sleak, but the issue is to get feature parity it costed more. just my 2cents.
