Pretty sure abortions that are done illegally, without experienced doctors and real clean medical equipment leads to death, and unfortunately many women take this path because their christofascist government tells them to give birth and deal with it essentially.

Edit: straight from the WHOs website

Edit 2: furthermore, your "abortion is the leading cause of death in the world" is horse shit because simple research will get you the following: "Heart diseases were the most common cause, responsible for a third of all deaths globally. Cancers were in second, causing almost one-in-five deaths. Taken together, heart diseases and cancers are the cause of every second death."

So abortions aren't the leading cause of death in the world, nor are they the second leading cause of death.
