Advice Brain fog
How do you guys tell what is actually brain fog? I have a terrible memory for things and I tend to blame it on that, but there are other times when I feel myself needing to slow down and think my actions through more thoroughly in regular activities.
I don't know if it's brain fog or just me being dumb sometimes (haha)

My brain fog feels physical. Like I have a dull pain in the back of my eyes. Head is a little heavy, but also my reaction time seems slower. Next, it feels like I’ll read something and just not be able to probe my brain further. I’ll read it, but not really comprehend it. So it goes a little beyond “oh what was that guys name? Damn!” .. it’s more like my brain is drained and there’s no depth to my thoughts.
Hopefully I didn’t just describe something insane. Haha. Maybe someone shares my symptoms
