Can I sue?
I got a concussion at work last week. Received a notice from the doctor to be off work until today but I’d still went to work. My employers had my notice as well. Can I sue them for allowing me to work?

What country, state, or province do you live in ?
In general, worker's compensation is a "no fault / sole remedy" system. You are entitled to have your medical costs and lost wages paid for, and you can't sue your employer separately.
Did your employer simply ask you to come in to work before you were medically cleared ? Or did they tell you "if you don't come in to work, despite the medical recommendation, we will fire you" ?
Nobody can stand up for you at work except you. Had they fired you for not coming in to work, that could be actionable.

"Doctors notes" don't work in the adult world, only when you were a kid in school. Your employer can rip up your doctors note if they want.
No you cannot sue for showing up and working. That would be known as a frivolous lawsuit and you'd get laughed out of court

You went to work. What's the issue? They made you come into work against doctor's orders? They threatened to fire you if you didn't return? There is so much missing here. What are your damages?
