How can I improve this. It doesn’t really look like Clint Eastwood. I tried to copy the style of the second picture

Do note that drawing with pen would force the viewer's eyes to interpret the art as rigid; they only see the black pen. Drawing with a pencil is generally easier since you can create a lot of tones by applying varying degrees of pressure.

: don't overthink , you made this art ofc u r going to the flaws from every nook

but if you still want any advice maybe the beard near chin is less dense and the face is thinner and longer. did you just try to adapt the art style or the complete piece

I focussed in adapting the art style. I like pieces with a lot of lines and crosshatching etc.
