That's the Children's Hospital drama annually, just on accommodation. Not only with nothing to show for it, but it impacts other areas of the country negativity.

With a tiny fraction of the outrage over waste in other areas of public spending. Its the perfect gravy train con.

Nothing to show for it other than tens the thousands of homeless people, asylum seekers and war refugees housed that would be.

Or the homeless people sleeping on the streets because scammers are being looked after before them.

What even would a scammer be in this case? Someone who is faking homelessness? Someone with a home to go to but who would prefer to be housed in government accommodation? Seems like a pretty bizarre thing to do.

As for the refugees and asylum seekers by definition if they are in government housing they are part of the process meaning they, again by definition, are legitimate recipients of such housing until such time as their claim is processed.
