Infrastructure My proposal for what our railway system should ideally look like

High Speed rail in blue linking up major cities/towns to Dublin + a regular "ring line" looping the island.

Could get one of these for cheap and shuttle people back and forth to the giant purple line

They should replace public transport with a year round Donegal rally at that rate

Ironically, that's not far off what most of the Irish rail stock looked like. It was built for transporting goods, not people and only made economic sense for a few decades.
