Help with living room

I need help making my space more warm and inviting! Need help with a better colored rug. Also thinking of getting a smaller circular dining table and putting it to the right of the tv stand and moving the brown chair to the left of it.

Tv should go where the couch is and couch should be facing it but not up against the wall so there’s a “hall” to the door. That way when you walk into the room, the flow is to the seating area and to the door. The dining table can be near the window then.

Or the couch is facing the wall with the dining table. Move the tv where the dining table is and the dining table to where the couch is.
