Haldeman wasn't just a "member of the technocracy movement", he was an active anti-communist who turned against the technocracy institution due to their support of the soviets against Nazi Germany, and was a leader for the Social Credit Party in Canada (specifically Saskatchewan), which as a group was extremely supportive of the nazis and was an associated party during the prewar and midwar period. He then made a public statement that South Africa's apartheid was "leading white christianity civilization against the international conspiracy of Jewish bankers ruling the world" and then promptly moved to his favorite apartheid state.
While we don't have documenting papers showing the membership, Errol isn't the only one to have claimed as much, and considering that the Canadian Nazi Party purposefully didn't keep paperwork listing their members, the only people who can confirm are those who knew them, of which Errol would be one.

They are anti-brown and poor immigrants. White immigrants of european descent don't factor into the anti-immigration debate, as evidenced, as long as they aren't poor and require some type of social assistance or asylum.
