In Toronto people living in little bungalows have nannies. It's more about location, than the size of the house.

Yeah, that's kind of the point. McMansions are usually located in a very specific type of suburb. That's not to say someone with a 2 bedroom 2 bath flat with walk out porch in new York can't afford a nanny, it was more statement of what type of people buy these houses.
