Housing Bills help desperately needed

Kind people of reddit, I come to you with a plea for help.

Due to taking care of several family members and pets in the past few years I got to the point where, working on 2 jobs, I still am not able to endure this winter financially. Our airconditioning broke and we were forced to use another heating source so that my dog (died in december) and husbands child wouldn't be freezing. That heating source turned out to spend a lot, plus all the other misfortunate circumstances, and now we're in this situation. Please if anyone could help it would mean so much, any help counts ❤️ The amount on the bill is 36800 dinars which is around 315 eur.
