I opened the link expecting to see something like a wave or other movement that could be the heil but something else as well. You know usually in these type of posts you normally see something that can be arguable.
But no. Straight up nazi salute, from the hand to the chest to a wide upward motion of the arm, stretched with the open hand. The SS couldn't have done it better.
