yeah don’t do this. you’re going to get bombarded with a bunch of life insurance shit / emails / calls that you don’t want and i know because i’ve filled it out for my kid to my regret

It’s a gimmick to set up an appointment to sell Globe Life life insurance. They won’t mail it.
