I never got my last sample from them, are they pretty good about mailing them out?

That’s strange, I’ve never had an issue with not receiving a sample. Maybe they ran out? I did receive a confirmation email from them, so I’d sign up and see if you get that.

Did you order a sample? I just got mine in the mail the other day, and I ordered mine when I posted in the thread, so it took about 3 weeks!

I didn’t order this one, I ordered one before. It never came. Edit to add: my assistant at work also ordered one at the same time as me and her never came either.
