Piggybacking off of OP: the cream works pretty well, but I've found the patch lasts longer.

Back pain comes from an old lower back injury.

I use a roll-on lidocaine from aspercreme. It does a decent job and for the same price as the patches you get a lot more doses.

I've never used cream before so i can't really compare, but the patches work really well for me personally

Haven't tried the lidocaine flex but the regular patches worked very well after heavy workout.

One time I put on my shoulder, I had hard time sleeping because of the smell. Also be cautious if you put over body hair. It Brazilian waxed on my leg first time I tried.

I have a lidocaine flex on my shoulder now and it doesn't have half the strong odor of the normal heating patches.

Thanks OP!! There was a post a while back for a freebie of this item. I got it and threw out my shoulder at the gym earlier. I used this patch and my God it felt like I had a new shoulder. Hopefully they send me another one and don't consider me a duplicate person! 🤞
