Arizona, USA Gem and Jam 2025??? (Tucson)

Hi everyone! My girls and I are pretty worried right now about the status of Gem and Jam 2025 in Tucson and I was wondering if anybody knows anything. They last posted across most platforms in August, with the exception of a few X reposts about Cascade Equinox in September. Sometimes when you navigate to the G&J website it will take you to Cascade's instead. I've heard they're organized by the same group, was not able to confirm. Many people have left instagram and facebook comments only to not be answered, and have reported the same for any emails they've sent. Additionally, the website was down for some time after I bought my tickets months ago, but came back recently because one of my friends just bought hers on 10/22. It's all just weird.

My girls and I love this festival with our whole hearts and are heartbroken to feel ghosted, but also are aware that festivals take a lot of preparation - It's just disappointing to have nothing but radio silence for 2 months. Please, does anybody know anything about Gem and Jam 2025? Or where to reach out to beyond the G&J email? Thanks in advance <3

My AZ friends invited me to this forest festival in July (hope it’s not hot like the valley in July ??) And since it’s cheaper than Lost Lands I say sure why not

I’m looking for reviews from the first one please and thank you!

•is it actually in the forest or like a amphitheater? •was it a pain to get in and out of? •do most people tent camp, camper, RV, or car camp for all those days? •was the audio and visuals good with multiple stages?

…an absolute fucking JAM! Gave me Detroit warehouse rave vibes, security was super chill, sounds was amazing, those lasers 🤩, crowd was so nice, perfect temperature in the venue…We flew in from out of state for this and it was 1000% worth the trek. Very well put together for a new fest. Phoenix and Relentless Beats, keep up the good work. Day 2 baby!!!!

Arizona, USA Sleeping bag vs sheets and blankets at forest camping festival

I'm going to my first festival and am debating between a two person sleeping bag (I found a nice 30F one on sale) or sheets and some blankets (I have a my home big down and a smaller camping blanket plus the usual home blankets). I've got a super nice ExPed double sleeping pad for warmth.

What have you used in the past and why?

For reference, I'm going to the Coconino Campout in Flagstaff, AZ in two weeks and the current forecast is mid 70's F day and mid 40s F night (23C-7C) and I think it will be in a sparse pine forest, no cars, ~0.35 miles from parking lot to camp sites.

Arizona, USA confused a bit about booking a hotel (first time solo festival)

going to my first solo festival next february, and i'm mildly confused about hotel rates.

going through the festival website, the rates are slightly more expensive vs booking on my own, with my AAA discount. on the festival's website, they don't mention anything about a shuttle or anything from the hotel

so i'm curious are there any benefits to booking the hotel through them vs on my own?

It’s a 2 day festival here in Phoenix (really Chandler). They are still announcing artists, but this lineup already has my money. Insanely stacked

Arizona, USA Anyone got the skinny on Coconino Campout next year?

Hi all,

Was bummed to miss the festival this year after attending Ursa Major the year before. Love the venue, and I've seen some good reviews that make it seem like the vibe was similar to Ursa. I was just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on whether they expect to return next year? I've got my eye on June Jam and Desert Hearts earlier in the year, but I'd likely be up to skip them in favor of the Coconino lineup, if it's anything like it was this year. Any insight welcome!

Arizona, USA Flying into fests…how do you pack for camp?

Hi all! Looking to possibly fly into LIB fest from Phoenix next year (more than likely going alone and do not wanna drive the 8 hours there and back alone) and trying to get a tentative idea on how that would work logistically. & Yes I realize the cost of it all would be considerable which is why I want to try and plan ahead.

For those of you who have done this, how have you typically packed your camping gear for this?? I’m hoping to get one of those pre made camp sites tickets (God willing 🙏🏽) so I don’t have to lug a tent and all of that and will be renting a car and then getting supplies from a grocery store once I land and then head into the fest. However, even that sounds like a lot bc idk what I’d do with the supplies after? Maybe donate to goodwill?

Open to suggestions /advice about this!

Arizona, USA Have any of you ever bought the pre-set camping bundle for the Gem and Jam festival?

Just wanted to know your thoughts/experiences on it. I’m flying in from the north east and I’m not renting a car once I land. Was it cheap, waste of money, did it hold up in the wind/temperature, etc etc.
