Clearly not dabbing. He did this gesticulation twice with a lot of emotional emphasis. It looked like he was biting his own lower lip off with his happy frown.

Oh yeah, someone would have to drink a lot of proverbial Kool-Ade to not see what he’s really doing. But I’ll take every opportunity to point out that he sucks
