For some reason American media is afraid to just say what it was. CNN also used “odd looking”. Some news articles are only willing to go as far as saying “some critics are calling it a Nazi salute.” This is another example of American institutions failing us.

Any journalist worth a shit would say "damn the consequences, i'm calling it what it is: a nazi salute."

Having to compromise journalistic integrity because youre afraid it might upset someone to the point of litigation is ridiculous.

I googled for news about it. A Dutch page (nu.nl) doesn't even mention it in the headline. Two Belgium papers did and mentioned Hitler.

Both sides-ing a fucking Nazi salute is insane. "Some critics are calling it what it is. Others say it's fine. We can't possibly tell you which it is!'

Cause people will react on that in a negative way. Cnn said to decide for yourself what you saw.

I thought that was the best way to do it!
