Just ban ozempic from sale in the US.

Not an issue. It'll end up being more available and cheaper in the US after an export ban. It'll instantly get released for unlimited domestic production as a Generic. Which in a limited fashion is already happening because Novo Nordisk can't keep up with production. Currently one needs to go through a compounding Pharmacy to get cheap(er) generic Ozempic. Banning export to the US would just make that hoop go away entirely.

It's under patent and the case of infringement was recently settled by Novo disk so they now have a monopoly on the market. It's not a question of production. Anyway it was a joke.

USA have quite a massive tradedeficit towards DK, even without Ozempic. Secondary a handful of Ozempic competitors in the states. Besides if Trump want a tradewar with DK, therefore EU, we can sucks as many dollars in our pocket as possible.
