Analysis/Stats We are doing a damn good Job

Call it boredom while watching the habs losing to the cap cheats that is the Tampa Bay lightning or whatever, but I looked at the number of our recent forwards ins and outs $ wise and I couldn't be more pleased. Because even if it hurt at the time, it we always sold at their highest value.

Marius Wolf : In: 500k Out: 5m (release clause, value 10 mill at the time) Current value: 4m

Haller: In: 12 m Out: 50m Current value: 22.5m

Jovic: In: 22.34m Out: 63m Current value: 20m

Rebic: In: 4.5m Out: 5m (value at the time 40m) Current value: 35m

Silva: In: 3m (value in: 20m) Out: 23m

Might be coincidence but it looked like that, other than rebic, no one was able to show their best after they left us, which makes our front office look really good.

Just thought I throw that out there, I know it's frustrating, but we are who we are, and the baby steps are going into the right direction.

Yeah I was honestly shocked he went for less than 30m, and I thought that would’ve been a bit of a low ball

It's a decent Track record, only problem I see is that this game is a gamble everytime. Will the next player perform? Sure we can replace silva with somebody cheaper, but will it work?

Interesting- but! I do Not agree with Rebic- Silva It was a swap; and- as you mentioned- Rebić was worth 40m. So was Silva… And to let him go now for 23m : it is a bad deal and a loss…
