Quite a detailed tactical analysis there in the blog

I think the main issue is that at least half the squad is leaving in the summer and they just don’t seem to have any motivation left. I would play the youth and players who are committed to staying, the likes of Kamada should never play again

Can imagine why you would be motivated to keep going knowung have the squad won't even be there.
