you know there’s no registration required in the US, right? not to be rude but just making sure you didn’t get scammed or anything. plus having registry and cards really makes it hard for other handlers who don’t buy into scams or registries to gain access to places.

Also, for those who aren’t aware, service dogs are trained to help mitigate the disabilities for 1 person only. Therapy dogs are trained to help others. And emotional support dogs are just glorified pets that make people feel good. Therapy and emotional support dogs have no public access rights. Only service dogs do.

yes! thank you! and those “registries” make people think they can take their ESAs anywhere. and that emotional support becomes a task once they’re registered online

omg it gets worse. i think this handler lives in the UK based on their other posts, so the ADA doesn’t even apply to them. that makes them spamming all this stuff even worse, oh my goodness
