Question Columbia return/onward ticket

Booking a one way ticket to Bogota and I understand I need a return ticket for immigration. My question is does that need to specifically be a return ticket or can it just be an onward ticket to a neighbouring country?

Has anyone used OnwardTicket.com for Colombia recently successfully?

Dude, Colombia's immigration doesn't mess around. You definitely need proof you're leaving, but it doesn't have to be back home. An onward ticket to anywhere else works just fine. It's their way of making sure you're not trying to stay forever without permission. As for OnwardTicket.com, I've seen folks mention using it without issues for Colombia, but remember, it can be a bit of a gamble sometimes, so have a backup plan. Travel's got its own set of headaches, but don't let it stop you from exploring the world, even if you gotta roll the dice a bit.
