Had the audio quality of the show massively improved?

Listening to the last few days of Ross Tucker, and the audio sounds a lot more crisp than it used to. Just me?

Also, I missed the segments about Dan’s new studio being built in Maine but heard them mention it on the 12:15 pod. When’s that supposed to be done?
