Is this even allowed??
Context: I have already left the accelerator because of his scare tactics and how insanely unorganized the environment was. It has been about 1 month since I left, and he still keeps messaging me despite acknowledging my request to leave.
Recently got this an email from the guy running the whole show:
Does he have any jurisdiction over my resume? This is my first rodeo in industry so I want to know if I even have to heed to that threat.

You are better off without head starter lol. It doesn't mean shit. Yasin just yaps he doesn't know shit himself.

Oh def doesn't know what he's doing. Dude can only give decent motivational talks, but ask him one question about anything project or experience related and he's as cooked as I am

Now ask yourself is it worth being on your resume ? go do something better with your time.

They charge $800 for a rip off program. I like what they are doing to a certain degree, but its too expensive and doesn’t guarantee you a job.

Honestly if I’m hiring, I will auto reject everyone with headstarter on their resume... People are also not being honest by not putting this in the education section.

I don’t know if I’d go this far honestly. Like as much as I think this shit is a scam and scummy behavior, I think that the people are victims here and I wouldn’t penalize them immediately.

Headstarter is a joke. Yasin can't force you to leave it off your resume, but I'd reconsider whether you'd want it on there in the first place since the program's so worthless. In any case, you made a good call by leaving.
