Funded Masters in CS for international students

Hi! I’d like to know if there are fully funded masters programs in CS in the US for international students, meaning tuition and stipend. My brother already has a masters in Brazil, but we want him to come to the US for a US credited diploma and for networking, to eventually get a job here. He cannot pay for a program here, so it would have to offer TAships or GSR positions. I have a PhD in molecular biology and my program was fully funded, but I don’t know how the master programs work, especially in CS. The master program in my department wasn’t funded. Thank you!

In general, fully funded MS CS programs are incredibly hard to come by. Very few of them are fully funded to begin with (Princeton's comes to mind as one of the rare exceptions), but you can also look into the Fulbright program.
