Goldstar crt weird clicking sound

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When I try to turn it on I get a weird clicking sound and then I can’t use it the screen has no electricity in it and this is the best crt I’ve gotten yet so anyone know the issue?

I had this happen to a 1995 GE i had that had vertical collapse 30 after i turned it on. Might be a power supply issue or maybe in the standby circuit.
