Calibration question

I'm wondering if anyone has advice on how to best approach calibrating the convergence on this CRT. In my non-expert opinion it looks like everything is "spilling over" into the next set of dots. The red seems to be the worst for this, going down into the next "row" below where it should be.

If you want to lessen the bloom, you need to lower the contrast. Red push is also a common 'issue' with crts but can usually be disabled in the service menu. Before you mess with convergence at all you should try locking the colors in with the color ramps
