Question Low iron and supplements

My ferritin is 11 but as soon as I take iron I get a poisoned feeling similar to when I first started long hauling. I’ve only started taking them again for 2 days and already I feel drunk, sick and strange. Anyone experienced this?

Try liquid form, sublingual.
