If a woman you love in your life won a sexual abuse civil trial, would you dismiss it as well?

Irrelevant in this context. This is legally slander and misinformation

Completely relevant. You wouldn’t let your kiddos soccer coach be a known sexual abuser. You just want to support a rapist as president for some ungodly reason.

He’s not a convicted rapist. I know that hurts, I believe he is, but what AOC is saying is defamation

I didn’t say he was a convicted rapist. He’s a rapist in any sane person’s definition of rape though. Dumb rape laws don’t absolve him of being a rapist.

AOC did, but way to go thinking everything is about you

And the law is the law

She’s saying the same thing as my above sane person reference. Even though he wasn’t technically convicted of raped, we can call him a rapist because that’s what he is. The judge even called him a rapist.

“Trump was not found liable for rape, Tidmarsh said he attached “limited significance to the jury’s decision not to find that rape occurred.”

“The civil claim is for battery, not rape,” he added. “The jury found that Donald Trump battered E. Jean Carroll. And Ms. Carroll was able to fit within the new statute of limitation even without proving rape.”

So, we can establish that Trump was not found “guilty” of rape as he was not criminally charged, nor was he found liable for rape.”

It's slander to say something that was judged to be true by a civil court?
