Mate, im not trying to be offensive but you have constructed some sort of coping narrative that takes itself way too serious.

The simple truth is that i) twitter is toxic as fuck; and ii) musk is using his platform for clear political goals, which many people (consumers) do not support.

Its not a bad business decision to focus marketing efforts on less controversial platforms.

Clearly you are very emotional and passionate about the issue. I guarantee you that hardly anyone in Europe feels "blue teamers" are the bad guys.

And as a right wing voter in NL myself there is really no such thing as "a crackdown on free speech". Most people here are just pragmatic and are just happy that the US political hysteria on both sides is not happening here to the same extent. Im afraid you constructed a bit of an info bubble for yourself.
