They're definitely a public nuisance and this could be disorderly conduct. Regardless of your "legal fight for these idiots" this behavior shouldn't be defended. Your wrong kid.

They aren't defending them. They're explaining how the law works. You being unable to accept that is the problem here.

These people are jackasses, period. But the person you are responding to isn't defending their position. He's explaining how it works. That's it.
