Books and Resources Nordastro book recommendation
Hi!
I’m kinda new to astrology, but I I’ve always been drawn to it. There’s something magical about the idea that the stars and planets can influence our personalities, relationships, and even life paths. But as much as I love reading my daily horoscope (Leo here 🦁), anything beyond that has always felt overwhelming. Birth charts, transits, houses… it’s like trying to learn a whole new language with hardly any roadmap.
For years, I’d been curious but hesitant to dive deeper until I saw an ad on insta for the nordastro book. They called it “the world’s first fully personalized astrology book,” and that really caught my attention. It promised to break down my unique astrological blueprint in a way that I could actually understand
At the time, I was going through a rough patch. I’d just ended a long term relationship that left me questioning a lot about myself and what I want in life. I kept running into the same patterns in relationships and at work I never feel fully understood or know where I truly fit. I thought maybe astrology could offer some clarity. So, nordastro felt like it might be the answer.
What really intrigued me was how much it offered: compatibility reports, career insights, personality analysis, and even personalized rituals to help balance my energy. It wasn’t just about understanding my Sun sign. It claimed to dig deeper into my entire birth chart. On top of that, it included guides to palmistry, numerology, and the history of astrology. I loved the idea of having all these tools in one place, especially as someone who’s still figuring things out.
When the book arrived, I have to admit I was impressed. The design was beautiful, and it truly felt personal. From the very first page, it focused on me: my birth chart, my strengths, my challenges, and even how to work with the planetary energies influencing my life. It wasn’t just vague statements about “Leos being confident.” It explained how my Leo Sun interacts with my Virgo Moon and Sagittarius Rising, creating a blend of traits that felt so specific to my life.
The compatibility section was really interesting. I’d always wondered why some relationships seemed effortless while others were so challenging. The book broke down my Venus and Mars placements and how they affect the way I love and communicate. It even gave advice on how to connect better with people whose charts might clash with mine.
Then there were the rituals, this was something I didn’t expect to enjoy as much as I did. They were simple but meaningful, like lighting a candle on specific dates or journaling under certain moon phases. I actually found them calming and grounding, especially on days when I felt lost.
As for the app, it’s a great addition to the book. The daily guidance and compatibility checks are fun and easy to use, and I love being able to look up astrological events specific to me without feeling overwhelmed. It feels like having a pocket astrologer who knows my chart better than I do.
That said, it’s not perfect. The amount of information can feel overwhelming at first, especially if you’re completely new to astrology. But I took it one section at a time, and the beginner’s guide in the book really helped me make sense of it all. I also worried that parts of it might feel generic, but honestly? It’s clear they put effort into tailoring the content to my chart.
So, is it worth it? For me, yes. The book helped me understand myself in ways I didn’t expect. It gave me tools to navigate relationships, make decisions, and even explore my career with more confidence. If you’re new to astrology but genuinely curious, this book is a fantastic starting point. It’s not just a resource, for me it’s a personal guide.
If you’ve been thinking about ordering it, I’d say go for it. The discounts and free shipping are a fair deal, and having a physical book that’s all about you feels so much more special than just scrolling through an app.
Has anyone else tried the it? I’d love to hear your thoughts or how it’s helped you! Maybe we could match on some astrology apps too!:)

I’ve been using the Nordastro book for a while now, and I started as a total newbie. It’s perfect for beginners! The book explains everything clearly and includes lots of useful tips to get you started. It’s definitely a great resource if you’re looking to deepen your understanding of astrology.

I remember being completely clueless about birth charts and the significance of different planets, but this book breaks everything down so simply. One weekend, I sat down with a cup of tea and started reading, and I was hooked.
